Chopra was named Educator of the Year earlier by the Chamber of Commerce.  He was presented the award at a luncheon which honored him and kicked off the Iowa Western Community College Classic basketball tournament.  The painting of Chopra was done by Lincoln, Neb., artist Joe Sorenson and was presented by Victor A. Cottrell, president of Ventures for Excellence in Lincoln.]]></dcterms:description>
